I really love this image. You've balanced the pattern very well by rotating the images appropriately. When I look at the image my eyes fall into infinity. The grid is proportioned well. I also like the color chosen for the grid.
This is the type of abstract photography I am drawn to. I love mundane or indistinguishable items taken from a interesting perspective or arranged in an interesting pattern.
My only complaint is the original photo the image is composed of is not in focus. Maybe improve on your macro photography. At an f/ of 3.5 it's most likely a focus area problem, or distance (too close to the subject), or poor fine focus (if shooting in manual focus).

Who would have thought a wind up mechanism on the back of a jewelry box could be brought to life like this!


At first I thought it was a collage of images of Saturn, and on closer inspectionit could be viewed as pictures of the Solar System.
